Featured Products

1lb Local Honey
$12.00

One pound of local Texas honey from our bees (about 11 fluid ounces). Nothing added and minimally cold filtered (heating can makes a bee-keepers life easier but can kill some of the nutritional benefits).

Purchased honey will come in decorative jars.

Farm Fresh Eggs
$5.00

One dozen farm fresh eggs from our free range (zero fences), soy free chickens. These eggs have not been washed and have the bloom intact so there is no need for refrigeration and they should last about a month if they are refrigerated.

Grass Finished Half Beef - deposit
$200.00

Final 2026 pricing will be based on $6.75/lb hanging weight (the weight after the inedible parts are removed). This single price applies to all cuts—including ground beef and tenderloin—so when price is allocated by value, your savings can be substantial. There are no additional butcher fees.

Hanging weight is typically 55–60% of live weight. That means a half animal from a roughly 1,200 lb steer will yield about 300–350 lbs of meat per half. These animals have never seen a feedlot, auction barn, or grain.

Why choose grass-finished beef?

  • Superior fatty acid profile: Grass-finished beef contains 2–4 times more omega-3 fatty acids than grain-fed beef, supporting hormonal balance, cognitive function, heart health, and reduced inflammation. Its omega-6 to omega-3 ratio is roughly 0.16:1 versus grain-fed beef which can exceed 20:1.

  • Higher CLA: Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), associated with anti-carcinogenic properties and potential weight-management benefits, is 3–5 times higher in grass-finished beef.

  • More vitamins and antioxidants: Grass-finished beef has greater levels of vitamin E, vitamin A precursors, and antioxidants like glutathione (GT) and superoxide dismutase (SOD), which support immune and cellular health.

  • Free from sub-therapeutic antibiotics and growth hormones: Our cattle are raised without these common additives, reducing your exposure to potentially harmful substances.

  • Better for animal welfare and the environment: Pasture-raised, grass-only diets support healthier animals and can improve soil health. Grazing systems reduce certain emissions and can be carbon negative.

We are…

a family originally from Arizona that moved to Texas in 2021. Our family had no history ranching/farming (but we watched Yellowstone which is basically like knowing what you’re doing)… We have now fully adopted this ranch/homesteading life and aim to share the healthy foods we’re raising with your family including grass finished wagyu beef, eggs, chicken, and honey.

In our house we are seed oil free and gluten free and attempt to eat whole foods (avoiding processed foods as much as possible). It has been a journey, but we have discovered that food can be healthy AND taste good!
